Delivery
We are proud to offer free standard delivery on all UK orders. Please allow 3-5 working days for your order to be processed and dispatched. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.
We also offer an express delivery service for a small fee. Orders placed before a specified time will be dispatched the same day, subject to stock availability and processing times. Delivery aims for the next working day, but this is not guaranteed.
Please note that we are unable to deliver to addresses outside of the United Kingdom.
Returns
We offer a 30-day returns policy from the date you receive your items. We want you to be entirely satisfied, so if you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it to us for an exchange or a full refund.
For hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns of footwear that are in original, unworn condition, with the original packaging and all tags attached. The returns process is straightforward:
- Log in to your account on our website.
- Navigate to your order history and select the item(s) you wish to return.
- Print your returns label and include it with your parcel.
- Securely package the item(s) in their original box.
- Drop your parcel off at your local Post Office or arrange a collection.
We recommend using a tracked postal service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will process your exchange or refund. This will be issued to your original payment method and should appear in your account within a few business days.
Faulty Goods
If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact our Customer Service team immediately. We will gladly offer a replacement, refund, or repair in accordance with your statutory rights. Please do not return faulty goods without first contacting us.
