How do I know what size to order?

What is your returns policy?
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. How long will delivery take?
We process orders quickly, aiming to dispatch items within a couple of working days. Delivery times will then depend on the service you select at checkout. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship orders to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Are your shoes waterproof?
While many of our shoes are made from high-quality leathers that offer good resistance to water, they are not classified as waterproof unless explicitly stated in the product description. We recommend using a suitable protective spray to enhance water resistance.
